3.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
3.4 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bv999 username and password. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify bv999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.5 Geographic Restrictions. bv999 is operated for the use of Pakistani users. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing or using bv999 is lawful in your jurisdiction. bv999 makes no representation that use of the platform is permitted in any particular location and accepts no liability for unlawful access.
4.1 Verification Requirement. bv999 is required to verify the identity of all users prior to processing withdrawals. You consent to provide copies of identification documents — including but not limited to a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) — upon request.
4.2 Suspension Pending Verification. bv999 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing, and in some cases account activity, pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Deposits may continue to be accepted during a KYC review at bv999's discretion.
4.3 Right to Request Additional Documents. bv999 may request additional documentation at any time where it has reason to believe that submitted documents are insufficient, expired, or fraudulent. 5.1 Deposit Methods. bv999 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and Skrill. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed in the bv999 cashier at the time of transaction.
5.2 No Third-Party Deposits. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. bv999 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any such deposit may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, subject to KYC verification. Processing times are estimated as follows: JazzCash/Easypaisa – 15 to 60 minutes; bank transfers – up to 4 business hours; USDT TRC20 – subject to on-chain confirmation times.
5.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as displayed in the bv999 cashier and may be revised by bv999 at its sole discretion with reasonable notice.
5.5 No Cash-Out Without Wagering. 6.2 Odds Changes. Odds displayed on bv999 are subject to change. The odds applicable to any bet are those confirmed at the moment your bet is accepted and recorded in the system. Subsequent odds changes do not affect accepted bets.
6.3 Void Bets. bv999 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious error has occurred in the pricing of a market, where a sporting event has been abandoned or declared void by the relevant governing body, or where fraudulent activity is suspected. Voided bets result in the return of the original stake to the user's account.
6.4 Live Betting. Live in-play betting on cricket, PSL, and other markets is subject to delays. bv999 will endeavour to suspend markets at appropriate junctures (e.g., following a wicket or boundary) but accepts no liability for bets accepted in genuine error during live events.
6.5 Maximum Winnings. bv999 may impose maximum payout limits per event, per market, or per day. Such limits are displayed in the relevant market or cashier where applicable.
7.1 Game Availability. bv999 Casino games — including live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and RNG table games — are provided by licensed third-party software suppliers. Game availability may change without prior notice.
7.2 Game Malfunction. In the event of a verifiable technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a casino game or crash game round, bv999 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return stakes. bv999 accepts no liability for winnings credited as a result of a malfunctioning system.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bv999 and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and potential forfeiture of funds:
10.1 Suspension by bv999. bv999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time, including where: (a) it suspects fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; (b) a user is found to be under 18; (c) a user requests self-exclusion; or (d) bv999 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory guidance.
10.2 Closure by User. You may request closure of your bv999 account at any time by contacting support via live chat within the platform dashboard. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and any outstanding wagering obligations.
10.3 Dormant Accounts. bv999 reserves the right to close accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months and to deduct an administrative fee from any remaining dormant balance, as disclosed in the cashier terms at the time of account creation.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through bv999's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in that jurisdiction.
